Thank you for shopping at Adofaiz! We take great pride in delivering high-quality custom products designed just for you.

Our Custom Product Guarantee

For custom products (like those featuring a specific design or name), we send mockups before production to ensure you are 100% happy with your design.

  • Before Production:
    If you do not like the mockup, we are happy to modify it. If you change your mind at this stage, we can cancel the order for a full refund.

  • After Production:
    Due to the custom nature of our products, once an item has gone into production (after you have approved the mockup), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse,” wrong sizes, or if you simply change your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

Email us at hello@adofaiz.shop with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo or video showing the damage or incorrect item

Once we verify the issue, we will work with our print partners (Printify, Printful, or Gelato) to send you a replacement at no additional cost. There is no need to return the damaged item.

Lost in Transit

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@adofaiz.shop.
We will work with our fulfillment partners to track your order. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Exchanges

Because all of our products are printed on demand just for you, we do not hold inventory and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
Please review the sizing charts on each product page carefully before ordering.
