Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide to most countries.

Please note: Some products or special promotions may be restricted to delivery within the United States only. Any shipping restrictions for a specific item will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If you are an international customer, please check the product description before ordering.

Custom printed and embroidery items (like sweatshirts and T-shirts) take about 3 weeks to reach you because they are made just for you! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All other orders are typically received within 2 weeks.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@adofaiz.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
