Delivery Information

At Adofaiz, we work with a global network of print providers to ensure your custom products are created with care and delivered as quickly as possible.

How Delivery Works

All of our products are made to order. This means we print your item specifically for you after you place your order. Our delivery timeline has two parts:

  • Fulfillment Time: The time it takes to print, quality-check, and pack your order (Standard: 2–5 business days).
  • Shipping Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door.

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is printed and handed to the carrier, here is how long it typically takes to arrive:

*Please note: These are estimates. During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to keep costs predictable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart.

Standard US Shipping Rates (Examples):

  • T-Shirts: ~$4.75 for the first item (+ $2.20 for each additional item).
  • Hoodies & Sweatshirts: Rates vary by weight and destination.

Exact rates for your specific order will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Yes, we provide tracking for every order!

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving the email.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the USA, your country’s customs office may charge import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by your local government and are not collected by Adofaiz. The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees required to receive the package.
