Refund Policy

At Adofaiz, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. However, because our products are custom-made, refunds are limited to specific cases outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item is damaged or defective.

  • You cancel your order before production begins.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues You must report any damage, defect, or error within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund To start a request, email us at support@adofaiz.shop. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Photos or Video clearly showing the damage or defect. (We require this proof to process your claim).

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after production has started.

  • Incorrect sizes or colors ordered by the customer (please check sizing charts carefully).

  • Any product approved via mockup prior to production.

Refund Process

  • Before Production: If you cancel before production starts, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • After Production: If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will prioritize sending a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive confirmation, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank.
