Refund Policy

At Adofaiz, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. However, because our products are custom-made, refunds are limited to specific cases outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item is damaged or defective, and a replacement is not possible

  • You cancel your order before production begins

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after production has started

  • Incorrect sizes or colors ordered by the customer

  • Any product approved via mockup prior to production

Refund Process

  • Before Production: If you cancel before production starts, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe).

  • After Production: Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible for damaged or incorrect items.

Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive confirmation, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
